Let’s take what kids love about Minecraft and weave in learning, collaboration, and teamwork.In this class, we explore MinecraftEdu with guided activities and learning adventures to develop problem solving and critical thinking skills. Sparkiverse emphasizes building and exploration, encouraging students to put their Minecraft skills to creative use. Let’s bring teamwork and imagination to Minecraft and watch the creative juices flow!

Trinity School is teaming up with Peninsula Youth Theatre to offer after-school drama this year! Students will learn the basics of acting and storytelling while playing fun theatre games and rehearsing a short play. The program culminates in a final performance for family and friends on March 27th. Parents will be responsible for providing their child's simple costume (instructions provided) and helping with memorization. Classes will be taught by Holly Smolik, one of PYT’s Outreach Teachers. PYT’s unique family atmosphere successfully uses theater performances and classes to develop a strong sense of self-esteem and to nurture social and communication skills that are useful in all walks of life. They are committed to providing an enriching theatrical experience, reinforcing the positive role the arts play in academic success.

Discover the limits of the world of flight from first to fastest, from biggest to smallest, and all of the awesome aviation innovations in between. Join Mrs. Fanger in learning about the concepts of flight and working with hands-on activities, such as building model aircraft and piloting a remote-control aircraft! Build and test creative designs in several aviation-related design challenges. This class is located on the upper campus and gives Tk’ers a chance to be in the elementary environment. Instruction is 2:15-3. From 3-3:15 the children will overlap with the K-3 class for play and snack.

Chef Koochooloo teachers help kids prepare international meals with superfoods that fuel the mind, body, and imagination. Students work with kid safe kitchen tools, ovens, blenders, food processors and other small appliances. Project based learning engaging international weekly themes that encourage cultural understanding and sustained development.
